Dual-Wavelength CW and CW mode-locked Cr:Colquirrite Lasers

Abstract

We show the versatile dual-wavelength operation of Cr:LiCAF and Cr:LiSAF lasers around 790 and 850 nm using diving optical-axis birefringent filters. In mode-locked regime, tunable synchronous two-color picosecond pulses with THz beating frequency are realized.
