<title>Integrating sustainability, circular economy, and industry 4.0 criteria in ERP software selection using Grey MCDMs</title>

<description>Integrating sustainability, circular economy, and industry 4.0 criteria in ERP software selection using Grey MCDMs
Yurtyapan, Mustafa Said; Aydemir, Erdal
Selecting an enterprise resource planning (ERP) system that simultaneously satisfies sustainability, circular economy, and Industry 4.0 requirements is a multi-criteria decision problem complicated by incomplete information and small expert panels, in which judgments are more naturally expressed as ordinal priorities than as precise scores. To address the lack of an integrated sustainable-ERP (S-ERP) selection framework for these conditions, this study develops and applies a Grey System Theory (GST)-based Grey Ordinal Priority Approach (OPA-G). The framework embeds sustainability, circular economy, and Industry 4.0 criteria in a single decision structure and represents the judgments of a three-member expert panel as ordinal priorities under grey interval uncertainty, avoiding pairwise comparisons while preserving uncertainty through grey numbers. The model is applied to a real manufacturing case, and its robustness is tested through seven expert-priority scenarios together with area-level (±10%, ±20%) and ordinal perturbation analyses, and benchmarked against Grey TOPSIS and Grey VIKOR. The results show that the Fundamental and Economic criteria dominate the decision (0.640), followed by Industry 4.0 compatibility (0.233), environmental (0.099), and social (0.028) criteria; System Cost, Quality, and Financial Situation are the most influential criteria, while Cloud and Edge Computing, Artificial Intelligence, and IoT are the leading digital requirements. The framework yields the ranking ERP1 &gt; ERP2 &gt; ERP3 &gt; ERP4, which remains unchanged across all perturbation scenarios and is reproduced identically by Grey TOPSIS and Grey VIKOR. Although economic performance remains primary, Industry 4.0 capabilities are the decisive enablers that make environmental and social monitoring operationally executable. The proposed framework therefore offers a transparent, robust, and practically implementable decision-support tool for sustainable ERP procurement under uncertainty, extensible to multi-firm panels and broader sustainability domains.

<title>An intuitionistic fuzzy based grey OPA methodology to ERP software selection under sustainability and Industry 4.0 compatibility</title>
<link>http://hdl.handle.net/20.500.12566/2473</link>
<description>An intuitionistic fuzzy based grey OPA methodology to ERP software selection under sustainability and Industry 4.0 compatibility
Yurtyapan, Mustafa Said; Aydemir, Erdal
Purpose&#13;
The purpose of this paper is to show Industry 4.0 technologies the potential of Industry 4.0 technologies to reduce the environmental impact of manufacturing processes and transform business models towards sustainability. In this study, the ERP selection process is examined with sustainability and Industry 4.0 criteria under fuzzy and grey uncertainty methodologies.&#13;
&#13;
Design/methodology/approach&#13;
A case study employed the intuitionistic fuzzy sets-based grey ordinal priority approach (OPA-G) methodology to evaluate sustainability criteria that are in line with the 17 Sustainable Development Goals (SDGs) by the United Nations and seven generic framework applications of Industry 4.0 compatibility. This approach was particularly chosen to address the uncertainties involved in selecting appropriate and reliable ERP software.&#13;
&#13;
Findings&#13;
In this study, the enterprises often prioritize economic performance over environmental and social criteria. However, there is also recognition of the importance of integrating Industry 4.0 technologies such as cloud and edge computing, artificial intelligence, the Internet of Things, and big data in ERP selection processes to foster sustainable practices.&#13;
&#13;
Practical implications&#13;
Industry 4.0 technologies enhance sustainability by providing real-time data analytics, increasing supply chain transparency, and optimizing resources to minimize waste and environmental impact. These innovations help businesses align with global sustainability standards, balancing economic, environmental, and social goals considering the circular economy (CE) while appealing to conscious consumers and investors.&#13;
&#13;
Originality/value&#13;
This study introduces a novel use of the intuitionistic fuzzy set-based grey OPA methodology to evaluate sustainability criteria in ERP software selection, focusing on incorporating sustainability uncertainties and highlighting the importance of Industry 4.0 technologies for sustainable development under CE.

<title>ATSO 2025–2031 stratejik plan arama konferansı- II</title>
<link>http://hdl.handle.net/20.500.12566/2408</link>
<description>ATSO 2025–2031 stratejik plan arama konferansı- II
ATSO 2025–2031 Stratejik Plan Arama Konferansı II, Antalya Ticaret ve Sanayi Odası'nın geleceğe yönelik yol haritasını oluşturmak amacıyla yürüttüğü stratejik planlama çalışmalarının ikinci aşamasını kapsamaktadır. Sunumda, stratejik plan yönetim sürecinin tüm aşamaları (durum analizi, hedef–strateji geliştirme, performans programı, izleme–değerlendirme) sistematik biçimde ele alınmış; paydaş görüşleri, mevzuat analizi, üst politika belgeleri ve kurumsal kapasite değerlendirmeleri temel girdi olarak kullanılmıştır.&#13;
Konferans kapsamında ATSO’nun stratejik çerçevesi yedi tema altında yapılandırılmıştır: Dijital Dönüşüm, Yeşil ve Sürdürülebilir Ekonomi, İletişim Ağı ve İnovatif İşbirlikleri, Ulusal ve Uluslararası İlişkiler, Mesleki Eğitim ve İstihdam, İnovasyon ve Girişimcilik, Kurumsal Gelişim ve Sosyal Sorumluluk. Her tema altında uzun vadeli amaçlar tanımlanmış, bu amaçlara ulaşmayı destekleyecek stratejiler ve faaliyet setleri önerilmiştir. Sunum; vizyon, misyon, amaç–hedef uyumu ve stratejik plan bileşenlerinin bütünsel bir model içinde nasıl ilerlediğini göstermesi açısından güçlü bir metodolojik çerçeve sunmaktadır.&#13;
Bu konferans, ATSO’nun kurumsal kapasitesini güçlendirmeyi, Antalya iş dünyasını küresel rekabet koşullarına hazırlamayı ve sürdürülebilir ekonomik gelişimi desteklemeyi amaçlayan kapsamlı bir stratejik yönetişim çalışması niteliği taşımaktadır.

<description>ATSO Geleceğini Planlıyor!
