Bu çalışmanın temel amacı, turizm sektöründe görev yapan üst düzey otel yöneticilerinin liderlik algısını belirlemektir. Bu doğrultuda, Antalya'da bulunan beş yıldızlı bir otelde görev yapan 8 yönetici ile görüşmeler gerçekleştirilmiştir. Görüşme formundaki dört açık uçlu soru, literatüre dayalı olarak ve uzman görüşleri alınarak hazırlanmıştır. Görüşmeler, 25 ile 40 dakika arasında sürmüş ve yüz yüze yapılmıştır. Çalışmada, nitel araştırma yöntemi kullanılarak yarı yapılandırılmış görüşmeler yapılmış ve bu görüşmelerden elde edilen veriler içerik analizi yöntemi ile incelenmiştir. Bu çalışmada, turizm sektöründe görev yapan üst düzey yöneticilerin çevik liderlik yaklaşımları incelenmiş olup yöneticilerin görüş ve önerileri doğrultusunda otellerin değişen çevre koşullarına uyum sağlaması için çevik liderlik anlayışına dayalı bir model geliştirilmiştir. Bulgulara dayalı olarak önerilerde bulunulmuştur. In this study, annual reports published by 29 Metropolitan Municipalities in Turkey between 2018 and 2020 were examined for the purpose of digitizing social data using content analysis methodology. An index model proposal and a performance measurement evolved based upon the opinions of 12 experts utilizing the “analytical hierarchy process” technique of “multi-criteria decision making” methods.; Paydaşlarıyla en yakın teması kuran kamu kurumu statüsündeki belediyelerin şeffaf ve hesap verebilir olması beklenmektedir. Ethical perceptions with respect to individual’s cultural background is explored through heavily conducted literature review. The theoretical framework of the study is based on national and international publications. In the literature survey, it is observed that perception of ethics notion by Turkish accounting professionals is still unclear at certain points. On the other hand, as ethical behavior is not achieved over night, thoroughly conducted research sheds light on the fact that formation of ethics, among other reasons, is directly affected by culture. Birinci tahminleme modelinde, yapay sinir ağları kullanılarak verileri mevcut olan karar değişkenlerinin tümünün modellemeye dahil edildiği bir zaman serisi tahminleme modeli uygulanmaktadır. İkinci modelde, regresyon ağaçları ve yapay sinir ağlarıyla bütünleşik bir tahminleme modeli tasarlanmaktadır. Regresyon ağaçları, yapay sinir ağlarında girdi olarak kullanılacak olan en önemli karar değişkenlerinin belirlenmesi için özellik seçme işlemini gerçekleştirmektedir. Önemli karar değişkenlerine bağlı olarak oluşturulan modelde menkul kıymetler borsası endekslerinin geleceğe yönelik tahminlemesi yapay sinir ağlarıyla gerçekleştirilmektedir. Yapay sinir ağlarıyla tahminleme modellerinde, zaman serileri olarak elde edilen veriler eğitim, doğrulama ve test verisi olarak gruplandırıldıktan sonra endekslerin gelecekteki değerleri iki aşamalı yapay sinir ağlarıyla tahmin edilmektedir. İleri sürülen tahminleme modelleri için performans değerlendirmesi işlem süresi ve istatistiksel göstergelere dayalı tahminleme doğruluğu kriterlerine göre yapılmaktadır.; Two different modeling approaches based on artificial neural networks are presented to predict the future values of stock price indices in the securities market. In the first forecasting model, a time series forecasting model is applied using artificial neural networks, in which all the decision variables with available data are included in the modeling. In the second model, an integrated prediction model is designed with regression trees and artificial neural networks. Regression trees perform feature selection to determine the most important decision variables to be used as inputs in artificial neural networks. In the model created depending on the important decision variables, the future estimation of the stock market indices is carried out with artificial neural networks. In the prediction models with artificial neural networks, after the data obtained as time series are grouped as training, validation and test data, the future values of the indices are estimated with two-stage neural networks. Performance evaluation for the proposed estimation models is made according to the processing time and estimation accuracy criteria based on statistical indicators.
